“My first ever full service with Altune Automotive. Not only am I impressed, I'm surprised. Firstly, I have had my fair share of mechanics trying to rip me off, I was a little skeptical at first because of this reason. To my surprise, I was welcomed with a friendly face, great manners, and utter professionalism. After a full service, he noticed there was char on the rims (a signal of worn out breaks), he notified me of the issue and asked if I wanted to replace them. Not only did he offer me a great price overall, but he also took great care of the car, gave me his number and told me if there were any issues or complaints, to give him a call. Altune automotives takes pride in their work and have a great attention to detail. He done a great job and there have been no issues thus far, and it's been a few months. Will definitely use the service again.”

Fortunately I managed to get in touch with the team at Malvern Automotive Repairs who managed to look at the car for me and confirm its roadworthiness for the rest of the journey. “Had exhaust modifications done to a car, fitting a new stainless steel downpipe. They were able to book us in promptly and they were even able to start work immediately on the car when we arrived a bit sooner. We supplied the downpipe and they allowed us to watch as it was fitted. Even though there were some issues fitting to the existing exhaust, they had the parts available to fix the issue. They obviously know what they are doing and were very familiar with the car model they were working on, a Ford Focus ST. Price they quoted was a bit higher than we expected but after watching them work with there prior knowledge of issues this modification might have we were very pleased. Definitely recommend, very professional and will return if more work needs doing.”
